Welcome to Dunster Lodge, Forest Park Lodges

Welcome to our contemporary style lodge in a quiet rural location.  It features 'upside-down' living, with the kitchen, dining area and bedrooms downstairs and a large lounge on the first floor.  There are stunning views across the Taw Valley from the first-floor balcony.

  • A spacious lodge-style property, sleeping four guests comfortably, with room for a fifth guest on a bed-settee,
  • Tranquil, elevated rural location, accessed via a secluded road through the forest,
  • Large sunny balcony with attractive views of the Taw Valley,
  • Upside-down accommodation with a large first=floor lounge and ground-floor bedrooms,
  • Fantastic location for exploring the North Devon coast and Exmoor National Park,
  • Well located to get the most out of a West Country family holiday,

This property is located in a lovely tranquil location in the North Devon countryside, and yet enjoys easy access to many of the region’s best-loved attractions, popular towns, and most attractive beaches. The town of Barnstaple is just nine miles north of the property, perfect for those who love exploring new towns, whilst, for those who enjoy more active pursuits, Exmoor is within a thirty-minute drive, and offers scenic walks, stunning views, and a wide range of wildlife. For many, a trip to Devon would be incomplete without a day spent at the beach, and there are several to choose from within easy reach, not least, the vast expanse of sandy beaches at Westward Ho!, Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe.  There are plenty of local surf schools for those who want to take on a challenge.
